Tammy completed her Masters of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She is licensed through the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Tammy enjoys working with a wide variety of counseling concerns with couples, families, individuals and adolescents. She has experience working with adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, and trauma. Tammy is passionate about helping couples reconnect, heal and learn more effective ways of communicating after experiencing trauma or the loss of a loved one. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and relationship focused.
Tammy’s client centered approach incorporates the mind and body using a technique called Brainspotting. Brain-based therapy is the fastest-growing area in the field of psychological health as it has proven that it can immediately address some issues that talk therapy can take years to heal.
