Mindy completed her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Wartburg College in 2006. Following her Bachelors program, she worked in a therapeutic preschool program with children, families, and groups in Minneapolis. After 4 years of this work, Mindy went back to school to pursue her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, specializing in child welfare. Following her MSW program, Mindy worked in acute inpatient and partial hospitalization mental health programs, specifically with children and adolescents and their families. Mindy is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5-25, in addition to their families. Mindy is able to treat a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and disruptive behaviors. Mindy utilizes current neuropsychological research and an attachment lens to guide her work with children and families on their journey towards healing.
