Megan Schilling

Megan completed her Masters of Science Degree at the University of Wisconsin. She is licensed in MN as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and holds her professional counseling training licenses in WI and MN. She is currently working to obtain her clinical hours to be fully licensed in both states and hopes to obtain these licenses this Winter 2021.

Megan enjoys working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and has worked with clients in a variety of settings including group home, crisis call center, community services, residential facilities, and outpatient facilities. She has experience in working with individuals affected by chemical dependency, and mental health. She uses a holistic approach including cognitive, emotional, somatic, and behavioral aspects of the individual. This approach can encompass healing and processing aspects of an individual’s past, working to build awareness in the present to create motivation and change; and instilling hope for a life of meaning and quality in the near future. Although Megan works with clients on a variety of issues.
