Lyndelle Pratt

Lynndelle Pratt is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 17 years of experience specializing in working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Lynndelle treats her patients with a gentle, realistic and compassionate approach. The majority of her professional years have been working with individuals and family members from a variety of cultural backgrounds and circumstances in clinics located in schools (Ages 6-18) and in private practice utilizing a Family Systems approach, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, components from Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness-based guided imagery as well as Narrative Therapy. She specializes in treating trauma and PTSD symptoms with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). Throughout her clinical work, Lynndelle has extensive experience helping clients discover new ways to view and live their lives by learning and practicing new tools and creative coping strategies.

Lynndelle received her undergrad degree in Elementary Education from St Catherine University and her graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from UW-Stout. She enjoys playing music and songwriting as well as spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking and cross country skiing with her family.
