Our Therapists

Lisa is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Minnesota and received her Doctor of Psychology in Counseling Psychology at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, rehabilitation/integrated health, consulting for organizations and in-home services. She has experience providing individual and group therapy as well as conducting psychological assessments for diagnostic purposes. Lisa is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, ART®, a psychological intervention effective for treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction.

Lisa provides therapy to individuals 16 and older, psychological assessment for ages 8 and older, and couples.  She believes that each person brings unique qualities to the therapeutic relationship, therefore, she tailors her approach to meet each person where they are at on their journey.  She strives to create a safe, therapeutic environment in which individuals feel comfortable exploring underlying thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that fuel mental health symptoms.  She will work with you to develop positive coping strategies and solutions to overcome just about any obstacle that life throws your way.  She is excited about hearing your story and joining your journey to positive mental health!
