Joe graduated from North Central University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Studies and graduated from St. Mary’s University with a Master’s Degree in Psychology.  Currently he is working towards licensure in Minnesota as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.  Joe has worked as Minister, Teacher and Chaplain as well as working with teenagers who have autism, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Survivors and as a FBI Special Agent for 20 years.  While in the FBI Joe was a Crisis/Hostage Negotiator, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Coordinator, Crimes Against Children Coordinator and worked on Juvenile Exploitation/Prostitution cases. Joe enjoys applying his life experiences and training to help individuals and couples heal and grow.  Joe has extensive experience with adoption issues, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), career counseling, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), helping people with grief/loss and working with victims of and perpetrators of crime.
