Aubrey Willhite
Aubrey is a Clinical Social Work trainee, who is in her final year of graduate school at Liberty University. She has 7 years of experience working within the mental health field. Throughout that time frame, Aubrey has gotten the opportunity to work with and support individuals and families impacted by trauama, interpersonal violence, human trafficking, eating disorders, and homelessness. Aubrey believes in promoting social justice, empowerment, and equality for all by providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotional health and well-being. Aubrey utilizes a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to dig deeper into concerns that are coming up. She also utilizes mindful-based approaches as well as somatic approaches to strengthen the connection between mind and body. Her main areas of focus include trauma and resilience, depression and self-esteem, anxiety, and self-harm. In her spare time, Aubrey enjoys hanging out with family and friends, creating art, playing games, and watching movies.
