Amy received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University and has been licensed through the state of Minnesota as a Professional Clinical Counselor since 2011. She enjoys working with adults, individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children. She has extensive experience working with individuals and families that are affected by trauma and is nationally certified as a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Amy has also received certification from Bethel University in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Amy often utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach in her work to come alongside those in difficult situations or transitions.
