I completed my Master of Social Work Degree—Clinical Mental Health concentration at the University of Minnesota and am licensed through the state of Minnesota as a graduate social worker.
I enjoy working with individuals, families, teens, adolescents, and young adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. I have experience providing individual and family therapy in community-based, school, and clinical settings. I incorporate a holistic and collaborative therapeutic approach that is person-centered, strengths-based, and honors all parts of the self.
Modalities utilized in therapy include: Strengths-Based, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Client Centered, and Experiential.
