Get to Know Us
Our intake team will lead you in the initial steps. You'll get familiar with our practice as well as let us get to know you. This process is short and will overflow into your first session with your therapist.
Establish Goals to Achieve
You will get to guide us through knowing you better - your goals, your dreams, and what has gotten in the way of you achieving them. This will help you and your therapist develop a trustworthy relationship.
This is where you begin to gain a greater understanding of your purpose and self. While everyone is different, you can expect to attend at least eight sessions of counseling.
Begin Something Better
At this point, you'll begin to see some goals being achieved. You'll notice a difference in your life, your habits, and your thought patterns. Depending upon your needs, you may opt to go to counseling for a longer season of time. Whatever your decision, we are here to help you from hurting to healing.
